A rock telling of the original Mary Shelley tale, Frankenstein Year One - NYC09 featured a legend-laden band including former members of Frank Zappa’s The Mothers of Invention, The Average White Band and more - each a monster musician in their own right with other recording/performing credits including Stevie Nicks, Bette Midler, Patti Labelle, Tony Bennett, Harry Connick Jr. and Maria Muldaur to name but a few. A killer cast included stars of the Bruce Willis film Surrogates, Jesus Christ Superstar, Toxic Avenger, Television’s Rockstar INXS and more.
Year One – NYC, featured a commemorative poster created by world-famous rock music album cover designer Hugh Syme (Rush [all albums], Aerosmith, Bon Jovi, Megadeth Alice Cooper, White Snake and more).
